IEEE Winter Vision Meetings 2009

Early registration has passed, but online registration is still open. We have over 130 registered participants, so it looks like a great meeting.
Rooms are still available at Snowbird. If you haven't made your reservations yet, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible in case they fill up.
Information about ground transportation is available. The easiest way to book your shuttle is through Snowbird when booking your room (and they offer a discount for our group).

Welcome to the IEEE Computer Society's Winter Vision Meetings!

This meeting is a set of co-located workshops to be held December 7-9, 2009.

December 7-8: Workshop on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV)
December 9: Workshop on Motion and Video Computing (WMVC/Motion)
December 9: Workshop on Performance Evaluation of Tracking and Surveillance (Winter-PETS)

All of the meetings will be covered by a single "passport-style" registration and will run from 3:00-10:00 p.m. each day, allowing plenty of time for winter activities in the morning and early afternoon. Dinner is included in the registration and will be served buffet-style during the evening poster session.

Meeting proceedings will be published electronically on IEEE Xplore.

Meetings and lodging will be at Snowbird Resort, near Salt Lake City, Utah. Snowbird and nearby Alta have been named the #1 ski resort in the United States by SKIING Magazine for five years in a row.
